Proudly Serving Asbury Park

Asbury Park has become one of the most exciting places on the Jersey Shore — and the men and women of Local 384 couldn't be prouder to call it home. Nearly 2.8 million visitors now come through each year, summer weekends and events like Sea.Hear.Now and the NJ State Pride Festival bring tens of thousands of people to our boardwalk and streets, and new development continues to reshape the skyline. We love seeing this city grow. Growth like this naturally changes what it takes to keep everyone safe, and we want our neighbors to know a bit about how that's evolved. Calls for service have grown right alongside the city — up 26% since the early 2000s — and our members have met that with the same dedication they always have. We're grateful for the continued support of City leadership as we work together to make sure Asbury Park's fire protection keeps growing alongside everything else that makes this city special. Thank you for trusting us to be there for you, your families, and the millions of visitors who make Asbury Park their home away from home each summer.
